SEALING TO PARENTS:  Billy's natural father, Ervin William Jacobsen, gave the Atkinson Family permission to    have Billy sealed to his mother and her second husband.  This sealing was done in the Idaho Falls Temple on 15      Feb 1994.  Proxy for Estella:  Gwen Atkinson Sutton; Proxy for Billy:  Lyle Taylor; and Proxy for Melvin:        Brother Bidwell.  Max Atkinson was the Temple Sealer that performed the sealing.
