He is buried in a single private grave at the top of the highest point of his ranch just a short way from the remains of the home he built. 3. Alfred was the father of one family of 8 children, another of 10. OCCUPATION: Methodist Preacher, Legislator, Lawyer, Doctor, Gunsmith, Wheelwright, Hatter, Tailor, and Farmer.
