    Indiana Territory, to Nicholas Coons of Woodford County, Kentucky, for $126 a
    tract on the waters of Bear Run, a branch of Clover Creek between the lines of
    William May's 200 acre survey and John P. Duvall's 1000 acre survey, granted by
    the Commonwealth of Virginia to Henry Harshfield and by him conveyed to the
    said Sally McDaniel who has since intermarried with the said John Peckinpaugh.
    Sally Peckinpaugh relinquished rights of dower. Recorded December 25, 1816.
