    9. Remarks: She was first sealed to John Fereday.  A sealing cancellation check was submitted to the Gen Dept, but no record of a cancellation could be found. However, the Gen Dept states that the 2nd sealing to Thomas King is valid and that a cancellation of the 1st sealing is assumed to have been given since Eliza was later sealed to Thomas King.

    I hereby certify that I attended the deceased from 28 Mar 1931 to 1 Apr
    1931, that I last saw him alive on 31 Mar 1931 and that death occurred, on the
    date stated above, at 5 pm. The cause of death being influenza, and
    contributory cause chronic interstitial nephritis.  There was no operation

    8. Deseret News extract: Lehi, 4 Apr 1931 - Funeral services were held Saturday
    afternoon for Nathan Pratt, 77, Utah pioneer, who died of influenza in a Provo
    Hospital 1 April. For a number of years, Mr. Pratt had been watchman for the
    Lehi plant of the Utah-Idaho Sugar Co. Mr Pratt was born in Luton, Beverdshire,
    England, 13 May 1853, the son of Amos and Mary Bachelor Pratt. When 13 yrs old,
    he immigrated to the U.S., arriving in Utah in 1866. He moved to Lehi in 1895
    and has lived there since that time. In 1892 he married Elizabeth Yates in
    Provo, who bore him eight children, he having had two children by a previous
    wife.  Besides his widow, he is survived by 10 children: Mrs Mary Eliza Evans,
    S.L.; Mrs Ruby Fanny Rowley, Murtaugh, Idaho; Mrs Youle Keith, LaValle,
    Missouri; Orson T, Albert LeGrande, and William E. Pratt, Lehi; Robert E.
    Pratt, McGill, Nev; Mrs Ella Nielsen and Mrs Albert Brown, Lehi; Fae Pratt,
    S.L. Speakers at the services were Bishops Andrew Fjeld and James H. Gardner,
    Bishop G. Henry Erickson presided. Interment was in the Lehi Cemetery.
