She was a member of the Elks and the Teamsters union. Survivors include her daughter Pat A. Chapman of Keizer; sons Robert Bailey of Portland, Berton Bailey of Honduras and Douglas Carroll of Arizona. Graveside services will begin at 2 p.m. Monday in Belcrest Memorial Park, Salem.
