Died of Malaria Interesting Story My Father (John Edmond Glass) always enjoyed driving around the country side in Butler County, Missouri and pointing out locations that were points of interest of his child hood. He could tell stories for hours about times long ago. He used to drive by a field that was directly on U.S. Hwy. 67 about 1 mile North of the Arkansas - Missouri State Line and remark that his Older Brother (who died before he was born) was buried there, but his Brother's tombstone had been missing for Years and Years because the land where the small cemetery was had been plowed under.
