    11. Research in Harrison Co. Court Re. by Mrs Beryl L. Amos to L.G.O. (With the FGR of Lolabell Garner Oleson she lists her sources and reasons for using the sources she gave.  In my (Lucy Oleson Thurgood) opinion her sources and reasoning are very good. I accept them and have a copy in my possession. (Info in LGO's B of Rem. regarding material received from Mrs. Amos) All the information on the enclosed chart (?) on the Edward Cunningham family was taken from the records as stated on the chart.  No data has been given forwhich I did not feel I had reasonable proof. Robert Cunningham i not included in the list of children of Edward Cunningham because his name was not found in the Will of Edward. Although his death record found in Harrison Co. W.Va. in Death Record, Book I, p.54 does state that he was the son of Edward and Sarah, I feel the person who furnished the information was misinformed as to parentage.  I found no mention of Robert among the children of Edward in the transfer of property throught deeds, etc. Note: Unquestionable proof from documented evidence says, "Robert Cunningham name here was the grandson of Edward and Sarah (Price) Cunningham through their second son Benjamin and his wife Mary Finley.  Search by LGO. I list each child of Edward with proof,-in addition to the Will- and I have listed them according to the date of marriage because of the lack of birth dates.  Therefore, they may not be in the proper order.

    Sept 1925 and sealed to parents 3 Dec 1936.  Her notes say Walter
    had a 2nd
    wife named Ann Randall.
