obituary:   Mrs. Martha Porter Wolford died in West, Mar 12, 1945
Mrs. Martha Porter Wolford of Banks, Oregon, died March 12 there, according to information received by Ainsworth relatives Saturday, Mrs. Wolford had been ill, but relatives had not learned that her condition was ciritical.
Martha Porter, the youngest of six children of S.R. and Catherine Paul Porter, was born near Ainsworth July 17, 1889.  She was married to H.e. Wolford May 10, 1924, and they lived on a ranch in the foothills of Oregon.
She is survived by her husband; three brothers, Edwin of Thomason, Illinois, Frank of Helena, Montana, Charles of Deer Lodge, Montana; two sisters Florence Porter, and Mrs. Ella Farrar of Oakland, California. Bina and Effie Porter of Ainsworth are cousins.
