Note:in the land records it was found that on 7 May 1719 Peder Simonsen renewedhis lease on his farm in Viby (reg. no 7-3-1-1/2) and on 16 Jul 1720 Niels Jensen of Viby took over the lease on the deceased Peder Simonsen's farm (reg. no. 7-3-1-1/2); it was quite common in those days that deceased farmer's wife remarried shortly after the husband's death so that she would have someone to take careof the farm and her family.
