For 75 pounds, 200 acres; party of a survey of 400 acres whereon Reubin Glaze now lives; surveyed & granted to George Walton 12 July 1787; on the waters of Little River. ==== In Wilkes Co., GA, David was Administrator to the estate of Jesse Walker. He was appointed Dec. 27, 1804, after it was reported that one Baldwin Robertson, who had married Walker's widow, was "wasting" the estate. Glaze was appointed after Robertson failed to appear in court. On Nov. 2, 1818, paid the following: Peter Strozier, Thomas Formby, Joseph and Samuel Walker, all distributees on the will. Estate was administered from the data of inventory, Jun. 23, 1798 through 1818, with a wide series of payoffs and transactions. Among them were payment to Lewis Glaze for his guardianship of Polly, Samuel, and Lettice Walker. Found in 1820 census for Lincoln Co., GA GA-007 p29: 12/13/1799, granted deed from Peyton Wyatte and Hannah Wyatt for 200 acres except four or five take off by the survey of Austin Davis. It lies on Mill Creek and is bounded by William Norman, John Simmons, and the heirs of Augustin Davis. Registered 7/24/1800.
