                   Lists birthdate as May 1880 in 1900 census, lists it as 8 May 1879 in WWI Draft registration.  Lists wife as Sylvia in WWI draft, home as Yale, Kay, OK.  In 1885 Kansas State census, it shows middle initial as B, it should have been E and might have been a transcription error by the census taker. 1910 Census gives only initials, but it is the family, and gives that the couple has been married 7 years.

Vesta Prince Moody, 84, Vinita, Died Monday July 17, 1989 in an Oklahoma City Hospital.  She was born Dec. 12, 1904 in Newkirk, Oklahoma Territory, the daughter of Clarence and Sylvia (Owens) Kentner.  Mrs. Moody worked as a clerk in a general store. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Moody, who died in 1955.  Survivors include one nephew, David Kentner, Oklahoma City; three nieces, Ann Spies, Oklahoma City; Jane Wheeler and Karen Mackey, both of Edmond; one sister-in-law, Leona Kentner, Oklahoma City; four great-nephews and six great-nieces.  Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Wednesday, July 19 in Fairview Cemetery, Vinita.  Rev. Martin Foster will oficiate.  Arrangements are under direction of the Luginbuel Funeral Service, Vinita.
