    The following is an copy of the original letter received from the
    researcher hired by David Burgin.

    "When the archive family group sheet on Sven Jonsson and Hanna
    Jonsdotter
    was pulled, it showed he had had five wives.  The Archive family
    group sheets
    were incomplete as to Sven Jonsson's birth date and parents' of four
    of his
    five wives.  The IGI contained parents and sealing date of the first
    wife,
    Hanna Parsson. (Doc. #10) The Archive family group sheet contained
    the birth
    date and parents of the ancestor wife, Hanna Jonsson.
    "Wife #3, Ingar Andersson has a birth date and place, but no
    parents listed
    on Archive family group sheet or IGI. (Doc. #10)  Her birth and
    christening
    record was not found in Kvistofta.
    "Wife #4, Elna Jonsson's birth and christening record was found
    on the IGI
    with her parents and sealing date.  The Archive family group sheet
    with wife
    #5, Karna Svensson is very incomplete and she could not be
    identified on the
    IGI  .
    "All the Archive family group sheets give Sven Jonsson's birth
    year as
    1733.  Two give his birth place as "of Torrlosa", three give his
    birth place as
    Bossarp.  The clerical survey records, which would give birth date
    and place do
    not start until 1804.
    "The IGI has five probable entries for Sven Jonsson. (Doc.#10)
    The first,
    Sven Janson, (no parents listed) christened 28 May 1733, Torrlosa,
    1995
    ordinance dates; second, Sven Joensson, spouse: Hanna Parsson, born
    abt 1733 of
    N. Reslov, ordinance dates 1930's; third, Sven Jonson, father, Jons
    Olson,
    mother, Metta Svenson, christened 13 Jan 1734, Torrlosa, ordinance
    dates 1990;
    fourth, Sven Jonsson, father Jons Olsson, mother, Metta Svansdotter,
    born 10
    Jan 1734, Torrlosa, ordinances dates 1992, 1993; and fifth, Sven
    Jonsson,
    father, Jons Olsson, mother, Mayya Swensson, christened 11 March
    1734 Ostraby,
    Torrlosa, ordinance dates 1984.
    "It often takes more time to check early research than to do
    original
    research.  The probate index was searched for each of the
    individuals above.
    An entry was found under the fifth wife, Karna Svensdotter, for Sven
    Joensson.
    The probate records were indexed after the Salt Lake Family History
    Library
    filmed the records, and there are no volume or page numbers in the
    records.
    The index states that the record is in the year 1795, volume 8, page
    95. The roll of micro film containing the years 1794-95 was searched first, but nothing was found.  The roll labeled 1796, contained records for 1795 and the record was found. (Doc.#11) The records susbstantiated that the Sven Jonsson who had five wives and died in 1795 is the father of the ancestor, Hanna Svensdotter. This record states: 1795 28 April Probated farmer SVEN JOENSSON in Torrlosa who died the 21st, leaving the widow, Karna Svensdotter and 5 children, from former marriages. Son Joen, Jons both of age and Jons 5 years old, daughters Hanna, married with Ryttaren Lundahl in Rafenntofta and Kiersti 14 years old. The widow is with child, who will be represented by the brother Nils Nilsson of Kagerod parish. "Every thing owned is listed, an auction held, debts payed and in the end, the sons receive "19" and the daughters receive "9", which is about the value of two good cows. "On the Archive sheet, Svens Jonsson's third wife, is listed as being born 28 Aug 1758 in Kvistofta.  Her birth and christening record was not found there, but it was found in Torrlosa, 26 August 1753.  She was not found on the
    IGI   and needs to be sealed to her parents. "The fifth wife, Karna Svensdotter was looked for in the 1805 clerical survey record of Torrlosa, with her son Sven, but they were not identified.  She has not been found in a record that gives her age, so her birth can be found.  She needs to be found in a burial or census record."
