                   RESEARCH NOTE:  Previous work on this line suggested that Edward Riley was a son of Zachariah Riley, who was a son of Ninian Riley, who was a son of Eliphaz Riley.  New FamilySearch has information which has changed this pedigree to the following: Edward Riley is a son of Jeremiah Riley, who is a son of Eliphaz Riley.  The ancestral Riley line remains the same, although Edward now follows different connections between himself and Eliphaz.  Further research may be necessary.
