John Crawford BONE
John C. Bone served in Revolution War as a captain in the North Carolina Miliia. A few years after the
ware in 1789 he took him family to Madison Co., KY. In 1801 they crossed the Ohio River and settled
in that part of Hamilton Co. which later became Warren Co., Ohio. Here John C. and Martha Q. Bone
died. Seven of their children married and had children. Two of the sons James and Cyrum lived and died in Warren Co. and are buried in the Presbyterian Cemetery in Lebanon, Ohio.
William the eldest son took his family to Shelby Co., Indiana in 1828 and the John M. settled on
land in Butler the county west of Warren in 1803.

Moved to Collinsville about 1800.
Cyrus Bone and Sarah T. Macpherson of Mad River near Dayton, Ohio, four sons and five daughters, most of who spent their lives around Lebanon, Ohio.
Cyrus Bone Jr. and James bone inherited their father's homestead together; Elizabeth Bone oldest daughter moved to Greene County Ohio and has over 170 descendenats, most of them St. Johns; Adam Bone removed to Indiana; Mr.s Sarah Ann (bone) Evans youngest daughter resided in Dayton, Ohio only surving child in 1901.
He married Blocked 1769 at Rowan County, North Carolina .
