David Bone took into his house Matthew Houston Bone, of another brance of the family, who came to Lebanon, Ohio from Kentucky in 1835 to assist in organization of the Cumberland Pres. Church and became its first paster.
Died young
William Elam bone learned wheelright and carpentry trades, built the Cave Mills with his son Alfred Plummer Bone, as a partner, near Flat Rock Cave, Sheby Co., Indiana. He live on a farm north of Cave Mills, now owned by children of Thomas bone. He had a grocery store near the bridge during Civil War and looked after the women and childrenwhile men were at war; drove hogs and trukeys to Cincinnati Market; Mason, Odd Fellow, Republican and Disciples of Christ; built Frist Christian Church of Shelbyville; ran for office several times, but the Democrats wre too storng; went to Shelby co. 1824 after living in Kentrucky for sometime; large land owner and gave each child 80 acres of land at time of mariage. He married second Hester Ludlow Wills.
Moved to Shelby Co. with parents 1828.
He married Agnes McGuire 2 Jul 1793 at Madison, Kentucky . Agnes McGuire was born at Virginia 18 Dec 1772 .
