                   He moved to Elizabeth, NJ.He died before Aug 21 1707 because his father mentions him in his will as "to the children of my deceased son Samuel" There is a record of a Samuel  "Sayer"  who served as juror in the court of Salem Mass for Salem Witch Trials, who signed with others "humble and solemn declaration of regret for the part they had bourne in the witch trials"
