Richard ARNELL
Sources IGI - batch 6940145 gives birth with name of Arnold apparently he used Arnell later in life. Birth is given on EH Index card as 21 June 1810 which seems to be a typo as all other data matches IGI ( wife, parents, dates, and places). Batch C130801 ss 997 gives christening and parents and since it was controlled extraction the temple work was done again. Bap. 17 Jan 1981 IF, End 3 Mar 1981 IF , and SP 20 Mar 1981. Story of son Swan in History of Bear Lake Piooneers gives baptism on 15 Oct 1854 and said it was same date as Swan. Book gives middle name as Triplow but Triplow is his birthplace per exttraction so I think is was not his given name. Aparently Swan changes his name to Arnell after or when he moved from England. EH index card gives SP date after close of EH (perhaps an error on card or done elsewhere and somehow put on card). Death and burial from fam gpr sht of Richard Arnell by Gilbert Arnell, g grandson. He gives St Charles Ward records, cemetary records and TIB as sources for data.

There is an index card No. 4365 for Swan Arnold at the End. House showing sealing on 27 June 1868 and another No. 11256 for Swan Arnell showing same date and wife. It appears that he may have changed name at that time. The index card gives Bap. 15 Oct 1854 as does book History of Bear Lake Pioneers. Elwin P. Arnell of Farmington, Utah gives death and indicates Paris, Idaho Court House records as another source. Sealing to parents is from Ancestrial file do not have source yet 11/9/91.
