    In the 1891 City Directory he is woking as a Grader in Denver, living at 1300 S., 12th St.  John Coffe (Caulfield) beds there that same year.
    In 1894 he was working as a janitor.
    In 1900 he was a Walking Boss for the Rail Road.
    In 1901 he is listed in the Denver City Directory as a clerk, living at 1145 California.
