NOTES: 1. George Adam Weddel arrived in Philadelphia from Rotterdam, Holland, in 1729. He was lsited as one of the Palatines imported from Germany. He came on the ship "Mortonhouse" and arrived in Philadelphia on 17 Aug 1729. 2. George Adam Weddel was listed in the records of Old Monocacy in Frederick County, Maryland, as early as 1743, with his wife, Anna Maria. He received an 80 acre land grant there in 1750. 3. George fought in the French and Indian War.
NOTES: 1. George took part in the Revolutionary War in 1777
