Andrew Haae ANDERSON, SR.
Andrew Haae Anderson is also recorded as Anders Andersen Haae.
From the genealogist's notes:
"You may notice that the father spelled part of his name Hoe, and that it
was used as his middle name, and that his son spelled that same part of
his name Haae and used it as his last name. Hoe and Haae is actually the
same name, Haae being the correct way of spelling as it was probably
taken from the locality name Haae or Sonderhaae. But this is the way
their names were written in the parish registers at the time they were
christened, so that is the way we must record them on the family group
sheets."
He moved with his parents to Sonderhaa in 1854, and was their only child
born in Denmark.
Buried in Manti Cemetery, lot 19A, block 7.
