Edward (1803) and Elizabeth (1806) came on the William Patscott 14 May 1862 from Liverpool arrived New York 25 June 1862.  They came with four of their children Esther (1835), Eliza (1839), William (1841) and Sarah (1845).  They resided in Ogden in 1862.

                   Edward Pearce did not come with his parents in 1862.  There is no marraige to Emaline Sargent in the US or England in 1862.  Probably he remained in England and came later.  Since the sealing to his parents was while he was still living in 1893 her must have come by then if the information is correct.
There is an Edward Thomas Pearce b. 1838 Christchurch, Middlesex, Eng in the 1881 Brit census.  He was married toi Frances Mary age 44 born in Rochester, Kent.  Five children.  The was in the Greater London West region.  This is the only likely candidate.  There is no Emmaline Sargent Pearce anywhere.
