From George a Brown Journal, p. 109-111. Jesse Woods Berry fought in the war of 1812. He and his wife Amelia Sharnks Berry were the parents of 11 children. The marriage was in Virginia 8 Feb 1820. Family records say the marriage was in Tennessee which is more likely.
