RESEARCH NOTES:
    Henry emigrated with his wife and children to the United States in May 1843. They landed in New York and traveled West by steamer and canal to Wayne County, Ohio, arriving in July. In 1844 they continued on to Williams County where they lived until after his wife's death 21 Mar 1875. In 1881 Henry went to Florence Twp. (near Edon, Ohio) to live with his son, Martin, and died of asthma 3 Jan 1886. There is a family history written by Mary Irene Miller Bisel, a great granddaughter of Henry, written when she was terminally ill from cancer in 1984.
