    Family Records (Uncle Grover) say they came from Virginia to North Carolina then Tennessee. He mentioned something about a McKeever land grant.
NOTES:
    Received a letter from a Glenda Nobles of 1513 Sunset Blvd in Odessa, Texas - 79760. It was in answer to my ad in the Genealogical Helper. Her Grandfather was Roger Stephens and she said her Stephens came from England but she didn't say what part. She has a Thomas Stephens of Penn. - Va. m to Deborah (?). She listed a Daniel Stephens and our David had a son Daniel. She also listed a Jasper Stephens and somewhere in my "clutter" I remember a Jasper. However she says her line went into Georgia. (This is next door to Tenn.)
