To Thomas I have given one hundred dollars. To Phillip two hundred dollars. To Archebald sixty dollars To Frances Asberry fifty dollars, to John my son I will and bequeath one hundred dollars and after the death of myself and Mary my wife each child who is named and charged above is to have as much as Joseph and Phillip have received from me, and after this is done, if any thing of my estate remains those who are named and charged above are to receive an equal dividend, when one hundred dollars is taken out of what is left which sum of money I bequeath to Jeremiah Sales Lawson grandson my daughter Freelove not being mentioned among those who are charged. I will and bequeath to her as much as they have had and to have an equal share with them at the death of me and my wife Mary exclusive of the negro girl Sophie. I will and bequeath to George Dixon the land on which he now lives during his life after his death I give it to his children by my daughter Charity as follows Archebald Dixon, John Dixon, Sally Dixon, Thomas Dixon, James Dixon, Matilda Dixon and Joseph Dixon to be equally divided among them. I likewise bequeath the property in dispute at Lebanon (if I gain It) to Jeremiah Lawsons children, William Bronaugh Lawson, Patsy Slaughter Lawson, Mahald Lawson and Jeremiah Sales Lawson. Lastly I nominate and constitute my beloved wife Mary and my son Joseph and Archebald to be Executors of this my last will and Testament here ratifying this and revoking all wills or testaments by me heretofore made.
