    "Colonial Surry" by John B Boddie published Genealogical Publishing Co of
    Baltimore originally in 1948.
    Surry Land Grants 1710-1740 (These grants were south of the Blackwater in what
    is now Sussex County). Thomas Wiggins was granted 350 acres in 1714 and 150
    acres in 1725.
    Edward E. Wiggins was proxy for Thomas, for all ordinances.
