    IN 1638, TO THE AUTUMN OF 1892 (Salem, Mass.: Salem Publishing and Printing
    Co., 1893), 710-11: "James Fogg, son of Samuel, married Jan. 9, 1695, Mary
    Burren, who died Oct. 14, 1750, aged eighty years; lived in Hampton nearly
    oppisite the Center school-house.
    As a meeting of the proprietors of the Fourth Division in Hampton, the
    11th of Dec., 1722, James Fogg gave all his right to the Fourth Division for
    half a share lay'd out in the quarter of a mile, bounded Northerly on Exeter
    road, Southerly on ye head of Timber Swanp shares = West southerly Part on Ass
    Brook & Part on three acres allowed to said James Fogg on the right of Daniel
    Fogg. Next to James Fogg northwesterly, Henry Dearborn.
    At another meeting on the 17th of the same month, Mr. James Fogg chosen
    moderator: Voted, that the said James Fogg should have his Right in the Division
    in the quarter of a mile, next to Timber Swamp shares & Henry Dearborn his
    Right in the Division Joyning to James Fogg.  Dea. John Dearborn, Lieut. John
    Sherburne and Saml Palmer Jr. were chosen a committee to survey the quarter of
    a mile and lay out James Fogg's Right. . . . "
