J.E. Fogg Lumber Co, of which he is pres., other officers being I.N. Darling, J.L. Jacobs; Feb 1901, org. St. Anthony Bldg. and Manufacturing Co., with paid-up capital of $1,500; 1 Jan 1902, co. reorg. capitalized at $10,400 and incorporated as St. Anthony Bldg. and Manufacturing Co., with Fogg as pres., other officers being J.L. Jacobs, I.N. Darling, E.N.
