One June 6, 1799 Samuel and Priscilla Lambert, for a nominal consideration, gave Joseph Fogg of Samel, housewright, 1/4 acre of land in Salem Foot (?) had bought of Robert Turner in 1698.  Fogg's Beach was named after Mr. Fogg.  Nathan Seldon, who d. in 1803, worked for Mr. Fogg."
