NOTE: cousin of Rachel Page, George's 1st wife
NOTE: oldest child conceived out of wedlock, and Abel's wife was not a Quaker. He was disfellowshipped on 6 March 1777 in Chesterfield, Burlington, NJ, and readmitted in Nov 1777, but then expelled again in Dec 1782 for "profane language".
He married Elizabeth Starkey 11 Dec 1752 at Chesterfield, Burlington, New Jersey . Elizabeth Starkey was born at Chester, Morris, New Jersey 15 Apr 1731 daughter of John Starkey and Sarah Price .
