2nd husband ?? Is Thomas Phillips the literal or adoptive parent ??

"Pioneers and Prominent Men in Utah" shows parent as Henry B.
Gwilliams of Shrewsbury, Eng, and does NOT list the mother (?? odd)
    (page 905)

Another group sheet shows Eliza Beynon as Thomas Phillips' 2nd wife but
gives not leading information identifying his first, other than Mrs.
Thomas Phillips b abt 1803. This sheet shows five Phillips children b.
    1829-1839.

Indicative, but not proven, then is that Phillips' first wife died and that
he married a widow of some 'Gwilliams' - the widow having Henry
    Gwilliams b 1835 or 1837 and a William Humphreys b 1838 -- and then
    seven Phillips children born 1841-1856.

"Pioneers and Prominent Men in Utah" shows parent as Henry B.
Gwilliams of Shrewsbury, Eng (page 905) and came to Utah 24 Oct 1856

Mary Chambers, Sheffield, Engl. -- their children Henry, Charles,
BENJAMIN FRANKLIN b July 22,1861, m. Amelia Stanford etc etc"

There is NO mention of Eliza Singleton in "Pioneers" - as found on a
couple of group sheets that I have seen. This may have been a later
plural marriage or is a mixup in genealogical files.
