    Birth Certificate has Veljko; however his name was anglocized and other U.S. records have Stephen. The H at the end of his name is not on his Birth Certificate, but appears on the rest of the family spellings of Novakovich. The Birth Certificate spells the name as it is in Yugoslavia, Novakovic. Birth Certificate was obtained about 1969 showing date of birth as 2 Nov 1902. Family did not actually know his correct birth date and over the years guessed that it was 21 Sep 1903. (The incorrect date appears on other records.) The 1969 obtaining of Veljko's birth certificate revealed that his mother's name is Soka Panic`. Other records list her anglocized name: Sofia Panich. Veljko's father's name on the birth certificate is Duro Novakovic`. His anglocized records list him as: Duro T. or George T. Novakovich. All birth, marriage and death certificates in poss of Amy Jenkins Novakovich, Wheatridge, CO.
