He was a Lt. Col. The date of his marriage to Anna Otillia Blum is also shown as 23 Oct 1760. The following was received from Marjorie Fisher in May 1993, hand-written on double letter size paper: "Lt. Col. Johann Peter Heydrich imigrated from Hessen, Germany. With him, his wife Anna Otillia Blindt and their young son, Johann Peter Hedrick, born17 Dec. 1732. They settled in Lebannon township in Lancaster Co., PA. They also belonged to the Tulpehochen Church Community, and the young son grew to marry Margaret Herchelradt. About 1740, Adam Hedrick was born in PA, and he always called his mother `Milla', which caused confusion until you realize that that is a nickname for Mother Otillia (M________ill_a). Adam Hedrich emigrated with them to Rowan Co., N.C., about 1765, where he net and married a girl named ______ Hege (Hagey), which is still found in Davidson Co., N.C."
