                   NOTES:
    Thomas's mother Mary Carr was never married to his father John Trelfall.  Mary gave her son Thomas her maiden name Carr by which he was known throughout his life.  Later Mary married Edward Bolton in about 1832 and they raised Thomas and had a son John Bolton in 1833.   She was sealed to Edward Bolton on the 20 April 1964 in the Salt Lake Temple and their son John was sealed to his parents on the same date.  No sealing to parents has been performed for Thomas.

    Carr & Willett family records. Brandham family records of Ellen M. Everton, 360 N. Main, Logan, Utah.  Ogden City cemetery records office at 602 20th St., Ogden, Utah 84401. His name may be Thomas Carr Trelfall.  His father is shown as John Trelfall, legal guardian, and his mother as Mary Carr (unmarried), but Mary Carr married Edward Bolton and "he becomes the sealing line" (?????).
