FROM ANN KOREN DURAHM -"HE WAS A CHEMICAL ENGINEER WHO WORKED FOR SONITONE. HE HAD OVER 200 PATENTS IN HIS LIFETIME. HE WAS ACCEPTED AS A STUDENT BY R.P.I. IN 1922 BUT WAS TOO YOUNG SO HE CAME TO NEW YORK AND WORKED WITH DAVID SARNOFF AT RCA IN THE BEGINNING FOR TWO YEARS AND THEN STARTED COLLEGE.
