                       Information about his father and mother came from daughter's birth cert.There
    was a Giusseppe DiMaio living with Guisseppe and Preziosa DiMaio in the 1910
    census and was listed as a nephew. He is listed as single with an immigration
    year of 1907.In the 1900 census they are at 203 W. Taylor, (same address as
    Joseph and Carolina Spingola). They had been married for 32 years according to
    the census. He immigrated in 1868 and she immigrated in 1888 according to the
    census. (Strange) This info is not consistent with the 1910 info. The 1900
    census says that they had two living children.

    BIRTH: Birth certificate of Carolina in 1872 says he was 38 which would make
    him born in 1834. He would be 66 in 1900.
