                       I got the death date from the SS Death Index.  He obviously changed his name
    from Dawiskiba to Skiba.  He worked as a boiler operator for the same laundry
    that his brother Charlie worked as a foreman.  He death certificate lists his
    occupation as maintainence in a laundry.  Cause of death is listed as
    Arteriosclerotic Heart Disease.  He had a heart problem for three to four years
    before his death.  Source: Death Certificate.   He is buried in All Saints
    Cemetery in Park Ridge, Ill. SS.# 325-10-7647.

    Stanley's Declaration of Intention .  I got her date of death from the SS Death
    Index.  SS#325-10-7605.  She is buried in All Saints cemetary in Park Ridge,
    Il.
