                       Formerly married to John Jasinski.   Obtained information from Nellie Capaldi,
    daughter of Mary.  Have copy of death certificate obtained from Ray Skiba.
    Her death certificate states that she was born in 1890 but her headstone at
    Mt.Olivet Cemetery is inscribed at 12/25/1886.  Her grave is located in section
    21 lot 315 in Mt. Olivet.  She is buried next to her husband, Stanley Sawka.
    It is believed Mary married Stanley in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  Source: Adam
    Skiba.  There is some question as to whether her two children, Stanley and
    Alice were Sawka's or Jasinski's.  Apparently, they were born in Milwawkee,
    according to Adam Skiba, who at one time lived with the family, but they also
    used the Jasinski surname.  Got to check this out.

                       This information was obtained from Nellie Capaldi, the daughter of Mary.  I
    spoke to her on the phone in Aug of 1991.  She later sent me some information
    in Aug of 1993.  There was no documentation to back up what she has told me so
    I am working with Ray Skiba to verify facts.   Ray told me that Nellie changed
    her surname, Jasinski, to Johnson.  I'm not sure when.
