Notes:
                   Thomas Coningsby fought for William III at the Battle of the Boyne, and when William was wounded, Thomas stepped forward with his hanky and helped staunch the blood.  He was also wounded.  He was in good graces. He became the 1st Baron Conningsby in 1716, and the 1st Earl Coningsby in 1719.  Member of Parliament for Leominster, 1679-1710, again in 1715.  A strong Whig. Vice Treasurer of Ireland, 1693-1694 and 1698-1702.  Granted crown lands in England, 1697.
