                       BIOGRAPHY: Lore has it that in some way Buckner Jr. was related to Joel
    Chandler Harris who lived in the general vicinity of Atlanta, and in the
    "Burning of Atlanta" by Sherman in his march to the sea, records were lost to
    establish the Harris geneological chain.  Joel Chandler Harris was the creator
    of the slave time character of "Uncle Remus."
