NOTES:
    1. In early life he wanted to become a physician. He Injured An Ankle which handicaps him. Because of the injury he gave up a Medical career.  He was at medical college for 2 yrs. and then returned home and engaged in Farming until he was elected as county clerk - 1917- 1922 - Prominent in Politics.
    2. Ezra Woodruff Ford, belonged to the Baptist Church, (both of his parents were native of Shelby County, KY)
    3.  Wife Miss Boma Maria Gorham, also belonged to the Baptist Chruch; both daughter also were Baptist's.
    4. 2nd daughter Lucy Lee Ford, was her father's deputy Couty Clerk.
