Bartlett of Henry County, KY, surviving executor of my deceased father, Anthony Bartlett, of aforesaid County, have nominated and appointed Henry Middleton of the county of Spotsylvaina, VA - one of the represen tatives of John Crutchfield, my lawful agent and attorney with full power to act in my name, etc.etc. Dated 14 February 1826 (This power of Attorney was recorded in Franklin County, KY 14 February 1826 and in Garrard Couth 4 March 1826
