NOTES: 1. Lt. Col. Mark Willcox was in the 110th Pennsylvania Regiment. During the Revolutionary War. 2. Soon agter his twenty first birthday - he took over most of the operatiopn of his father's Paper Mill (Ivy Mills). Youngest son of his father Thomas - all of his brothers had died or moved away from home. Mar was a member of the Pennwsylvania General Assembly; he was County Auditor and County Jundg in Delaware County PA. During the American Revolutionary War - Mark actively made paper fro the Continental notes, for the Loan Office Certificates fro the use of Congress and for the PA Currency.
