NOTES:  1. Son, George, wrote the story on p. 204 when old Capt. Wm. Christian
             gathered some soldiers after the Indians shad just about defeated
             them under Moffett's command.  The Indians had left.  Capt. Wm. led
             the soldiers and followed Indians. Found them and defeated them.
             Destroyed most of them.
