NOTES: 1. Family moved to Alabama - between 1830-1840. Author wrote to
            Doctor W. C. Bristow of Emhouse, Texas after finding his name
            in a medical directory.  He wrote to author M. E. Bristow,
            "stating that he was a grandson of Robertson Bristow". He gave
            him the following additional children and data in 1919.
         2. Child: Edwin died in cofederate army, left a family of 3 boys,
           living in Texas.
         3. Child: Chesley, family living in Texas.
         4. Child: John, died in confederate army.
         5. Child: Abner fathr of Dr. W.C. Bristow, his family living in TX.
