Discrepancy on spelling of first given name - Uriah or Uri or Ury? 2. Uriah D. Bidwell - Family on 1860 Federal Census Masonville, Delaware, NY, 1870 Census in Sidney, NY (same county) 3. First wife Matilda is buried in an old abandoned cemetery located in a field North of Highland Cemetery near Sidney Center, NY. The inscreption on her tombstone reads as follows: "In memory of Matilda, wife of Uri D. Bidwell who died 19 Feb. 1832 (age 28 yr 11mo 1da). She lies full low, the fate of all mankind, but died to live eternal and divine."
