NOTES:    1. Mary Inez William's husband, Maurice, started out as a
               vegetable pedlar in Salt Lake City. Later he established
               Grand Central Markets. He sold out to Mayfair, agreeing
               not to go into competition with them for five or so years.
               When time was up he opened Warshaw's Markets- going strong
               in Salt Lake City in 1977.
