James Wilcox - was a guide to Ethan Allen  at the capture of Ticonderoga -  He always insisted that Allen's reply to Commander of the Fort was: "In the name of God "I" mighty and the Continental Congress" not "In the nameof the Great Jehovah, etc."  He served through the Revolutionary War was scout in          advance of General Montgomery on March to Canada and served in battle of Hubbardton,Vermont.
