      5. Medical course cont. at Cleveland University of Medicine and Surgery
      6. New York Poly Clinic Medical School and Hospital - did special work in operative surgery and gynecology in 1897-98

      8. at Mothers and Babes Hospital - New York
      9. From July 1899 to Feb 1900 - he was in chrge of the Hartford Dispensary
      10. Medical examiner for Hartford Lodge New Eng. Order of Protection

      13. A member of United Order of the Golden Cross - was their medical examiner.
