                      Susan is found in Burnt Prairie Twp, White Co, IL in the 1880 Census, aged 52, living next door to her son Ezekiel.??????
Baptized in Dec 1854 in the Pleasant Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Barnhill Twp, Wayne Co. IL.
The 1850 Census of White Co, IL shows:  Charles W. Arterbury, aged 24 years, a farmer, born KY, with wife Susan Arterberry and son Ezekiel Arterberry.  Also listed is Mary E. Watkins, the daughter of Susan and her first husband, Stephen Watkins.  Mary was born ca 1847.  In 1850 Charles and Susan are living next door to Susan's parents.
1860 Census shows Charles Arterbury, his wife Susan and Mary E. Watkins.  Also lists their children:  Ezekiel, Nancy, Stephen, Mariah, Aaron, Adam, and John.  Living with them at that time was Susan's father, Jacob Hunsinger, 77 years old, born NC.
1870 Census shows Susan as the head of household, living with her children.  It is unknown at this time if Charles had died or had gone to another state or county.

                      Wedding performed by William Vaught.  Marriage license gives Ezekiel's age as 29 and Mrs. Sarah Jane Ingles age 24.  Marriage license of their 3rd child, born 20 feb 1880, gives Sarah's maiden name as Robertson.  Ezekiel and Sarah were in Burnt Prairie when the 1880 Census was taken.  He is found living alone with his children in Hawthorne Twp. White Co. IL 1900 Census.
